First Snow!!!

It snowed this morning!!!
Of course the boys started eating it right away.

Elizabeth's first reaction to snow since she was an itty bitty baby. She was very standoff-ish at first, which is how she is about everything now. But then she started smiling!

I'm so excited for the kids to be able to play in the snow this year!

Waffle Sandwiches

This is the easiest dinner/lunch and so yummy!!!

Pizza Waffle Sandwiches:

All you need is:
 Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni
Marinara sauce on the side.
Non-Stick Spray
Waffle Iron

All you do is:
Pre-Heat your Waffle Iron
Get one Biscuit and flatten the dough and stretch it as much as you can. Sprinkle a little cheese on top and place the pepperoni on top of the cheese. Fold the biscuit dough in half and pinch the edges together. Spray the iron and put the sandwich in. Cook until turns brown.

We've even done Ham and Cheddar with soup and it's amazing!!!

Adventures Mashed Together!

Tim said he wanted to show me what he built, I didn't think it would be made of every toy in his room.

The boys dusting Uncle Kevin.

Elizabeth helping me with the laundry.

Tim said he was going to help get Elizabeth's shoes off, but he really just wanted to tickle her feet!

Grandma's wagon ride.

Jon raked the leaves and put them on our mulch hill and now it's the best place to play.

We started a  new tradition this year. We smashed our pumpkins after Halloween. It was really fun to watch the boys try to pick up the big pumpkin and throw the pieces into our stick pile.

Jon, of course, brought out his sword.

Forgive my hand, the sun was really bright.

Tim and Michael get to be in Grandpa's Musical this year!

Dog pile!

Jon got his first apple from a student!

So that's what's been happening!

Project is almost over!!!

Since my parent's basement basically exploded, there has been one project after another. They're finally on the second to last step of laying the new sidewalk and driveway. All they have left is to redo the yard, but that'll wait until the spring.
We did the traditional hand prints. Even baby Olivia got a mark.

Kevin's hand somehow looks a lot like Kyle's :)

They used a giant pump for the driveway and front sidewalk.

Michael and Elizabeth loved watching them work while we sat with Sally inside.

I was amazed at how fast they got it done.

Now all they have left is the front porch step!
So happy it's almost done!
