Last week and the end of this week was a rough week for our family.
Michael got knocked down cement stairs by the dog and got a nice hole in his head.
He was so brave, he stopped crying before we even got into the ER!
The nurses loved him and said they wished all their patients were as brave as he was. He got three suckers for three stitches.
Two days later Michael was outside playing with my garden spade and dropped it on the tip of his toe. I patched it up and it has healed faster than his head!
The day after, Tim ran into Dominik's knee on the tramp and got a nice blood blister on his lip.
Elizabeth is getting three teeth at the same time. Somehow I think she's the lucky one.
But don't worry, all three kids and I have a mysterious case of spots. Not chicken pox or anything bad, the doctor doesn't even know what it is. Tim's and Michael's faded away today, I'm hoping Elizabeth's will go away tomorrow. Mine, if I follow their lead, has a couple days left...
Can I just say that I am so grateful for modern day medicine and awesome parents/in-laws who know what to do to comfort not only the kids, but this frazzled mommy as well :)
